  I have two boys ages 2 1/2 and 1 1/2. I have been with the practice since they were born. Their primary care doctor is Dr. Avocatto but I have seen every other provider in the practice and am very pleased with all. They are a great group of doctors that listen to your concerns and take time during the examination. The nurses are great as well. All around friendly staff. The office is clean, modern and you will always be able to get an appointment and not have to wait long to be seen.

  The doctor I saw was good, the reception is horrible. I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a new pediatrician. Came here, and had multiple issues with the reception. They called the day of our first appointment to tell us we could not come in b/c the new patient information was missing from their prior pediatricians office. I told them that was not true, but they insisted. So I spend the morning calling my old pediatricians office asking them to resend. 30 mins before the appointment, the office called to tell me they had it and made a mistake. Once we were there, reception was not warm and actually the male receptionist was quite unprofessional (made a snarky comment). I am not a rude person and was actually pride myself on being a pleasant person - so I was shocked. they also hung up on me multiple times which I don't understand. Sadly, will not be returning.

  I had my daughters ears pierced here, it was such a lovely experience! The staff was outstanding, supportive and professional. The office is beautiful and modern. My daughter's earrings look adorable and I would recommend this office any day!!!

  I switched to this practice around 4 years ago or so because I was not happy with my previous pediatrician's office. I have 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. I LOVE all of the doctors in this practice. And the nurses. All the staff is very friendly,. never have a problem getting an appointment whether last minute or not. VERY knowledgeable and kind doctors and staff and they know my children which makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Westchester Park Pediatrics!!
